Our Dark Incantations is Wanda Hellmund’s debut, published by Ace on October 20, 2026. It is a 528-page hardcover, with an ebook and an audiobook listed too.

Mira Winters is a former healer who wants nothing more to do with magic after a war. She ends up at the reopened Ivercrest University in a demonology-focused program, paired with Aidric Dawson, a secretive former soldier and a dangerous Wielder. When she is pulled into a campus murder investigation, the two of them have to uncover a plot that threatens another war.
